Principal : Change & Business Transformation

Sarah has more than nine years’ experience within the Recruitment and Consulting Industry working with some of the largest organisations globally and is a trusted Talent Acquisition specialist within her field.

Since moving from the UK to Asia in 2011 she has supported the office start up and subsequent development of the Asia Pacific office for a UK owned Global Consulting firm. She specialised in supporting and delivering Talent Management and resourcing services to major Change and Transformation Projects.

Sarah is now leading the Change & Business Transformation function for Ampersand Executive Asia in Singapore and is focused on building expert Talent networks and delivering excellent client support with a consultative and supportive approach which ensures long lasting and trusted partnerships.
