Reporting to the COO, you will lead a growing sales and marketing team to develop, implement and execute integrated marketing plans across multiple education brands. Key to this role will be the ability to work with senior stakeholders across the business to develop innovative marketing campaigns which deliver leads to the sales team and achieve strong revenue results. This role requires a commercially astute, strategic sales professional with a proven track record achieving business objectives in a busy and fast-paced environment.
This dynamic and broad-based position will see you responsible for leading the student recruitment function; onshore and offshore team management; managing agency relationships; and analysing market insights and activity, as well as competitor strategies to develop and execute a marketing strategy that effectively promotes the institution at a local, national, and international level to deliver measurable commercial results.
Tertiary qualified in marketing or business with a minimum 10 years’ experience developing customer acquisition and marketing strategies in a multi-brand and multi-channel environment, you will have excellent stakeholder engagement and communications skills. The successful candidate will be a natural leader with a solid understanding of, and proven track record in the international education sector.
