Help reduce their Full-Time Equivalent headcount (FTE) and Fixed Term Contractor (FTC) restrictions and; Uplift capability where there are clear people and resource gaps but no FTE / FTC budget to accommodate hiring Ampersand Advisory’s Consulting Practice is the perfect solution. With our expertise in building Customer and People capability across our renowned practices, we have a range of consultants who deliver under a Statement Of Work (SOW) model ranging from Change Management, Business Transformation and Portfolio Management to Digital Consulting.
